We have visited Florida for a number of years together with our family. Staying in a villa gives you the freedom of doing your own thing.

Having a pool of your own to go for a swim whenever the mood takes you, eating whenever you like and not having to stick to a routine is our ideal holiday.

On our visit in Easter 2006 we decided to go look at villas on the market and fell in love with one on Southern Dunes and decided to buy it.

We have tried to make our home in Florida as comfortable as we can, and hope if you rent our property that you feel that it is your ideal holiday home and maybe come back another year.

We have a Management Company to look after our home and help our renters with any problems that may arise.

So if you are like us and want to relax in the warm Florida sun, swim in your own pool, or go to the theme parks, then our home is the one to rent.
